We have stopped here twice during what would be the midnight shift travelling through. The first time (about three months ago) we were blown away with how rude the employee was, but that doesn't compare to our second/last visit. When I was drinking my coffee I ended up with a finger nail in my mouth. Like how that even happen is beyond me if it wasn't intentional. I am still feeling sick over it. Next time we travel through no Timmies for me!
This is my local Tim's and it's actually awful. Countlessly been disappointed here. I usually just get a steeped tea (have to stir the sugar in myself btw), but tonight myself and few others got medium peppermint hot chocolate with extra whipped cream. We ended up with the flat lids on them, so we got about the size of a small, and they were not the peppermint ones either. One of them didn't even have the whipped cream.
The staff at this location are rude and arrogant. There is a 2-lane drive-thru and they like to "play games" with the customers in line. When asked about it, they curse at the customer! People should be served in the drive-thru the same as the counter ... the same order they arrive at the restaurant.... SIMPLE! Customer service means nothing. 22 minutes from speaker to window (4 cars in line). WORST Tim Hortons ever! Always problems with orders too!
At least out of some breakfast item almost every other week get told not a sausage or hash brown in the store. This at 9-9:30 in the morning. Drive to caledonia or binbrook never an issue.
This morning I stopped in to buy a coffee and bagel at the tim hortons in Cayuga.maybe because it's Saterday it was all young staff .normally the week days pepole are much better. The girl that took my order just looked at me as if she was wishing she was somewhere else and had a blank stare and didn't speak. My bagel had so little cream cheese on it i could barely see it or even taste it.I think when a bagel cost 2.30 you should get your money's worth.what a disappointment.
